in accepting the terms of use herein you acknowledge the Company is solely a facilitator in the review/edit process and that all materials, text, files, images, sounds, manuscripts, data or papers (the "content") posted to the Company will be submitted to third party(s) for review/editing purposes. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure confidentiality, you specifically acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for any use, misuse, theft, reproduction, distribution, plagiarism, improper dissemination, copyright infringement or any other improper, unauthorized or illegal use or application of the content submitted or any part thereof (misuse). In the event any unauthorized content is submitted to the Company by you, whether intentional or otherwise, you will indemnify and save harmless the Company, its servants, agents and employees, from any claim, action, cause of action, suit or demand, and costs made or threatened to be made in respect of such unauthorized content.

The Company, at its sole discretion, may refuse any content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, inaccurate, objectionable, or unlawfully submitted, and in such event, terminate the Agreement and retain any fees you have paid.
